W. H. Chip Gross is a professional writer specializing in fishing and wildlife. A former wildlife officer and educator in the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Chip is the winner of numerous awards for his writing and photography, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Outdoor Writers Association of America. He is the author of the Ohio Wildlife Viewing Guide and Home, At Last, Is the Hunter. He lives in Fredericktown, Ohio.
