Der Autor: Per Christiansen wurde 1968 in Kiel geboren. Nach dem Studium der Rechtswissenschaften und Philosophie an der Christian-Albrechts-Universitat zu Kiel absolvierte er einen Aufbaustudiengang in Wirtschaftsregulierung an der London School of Economics. Seit 1997 ist er Rechtsreferendar in Hamburg. Promotion 1998.
