Deborah Lipp (Jersey City, NJ) has spent over 30 years teaching Wicca, magic, and the occult. In the 1980s, she became a Gardnerian witch and high priestess, and her work has appeared in numerous Pagan magazines, including newWitch, Llewellyn's Magical Almanac, Pangaia, and Green Egg.
