Herman Fung is an internationally experienced IT manager with hands-on knowledge across the software development life cycle and service management framework. He began his career as a tester and developer with several top-tier IT consultancies, as well as, market-leading companies in industry and in government. Since his transition from software developer to manager, Herman has led global teams and managed notable projects in a variety of sectors, including the first implementation of an open source human resources system with the Ministry of Health in Malawi. Tarry Singh is CEO, founder, and AI researcher of AI start-up deepkapha.ai. deepkapha.ai focuses on the following three pillars: AI solutions, AI research, and AI philanthropy. Tarry has 20 years of experience of working with data and has advised CxOs of global organizations to set up data-driven organizations from scratch. He speaks regularly at global AI leadership summits worldwide and conducts workshops on a regular basis with his Technical Architects (TAs) who are currently PhDs in various disciplines such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, and robotics. He also participates in co-supervising deep learning PhD projects related to the previously mentioned areas with the world's leading universities in Germany, US, and China.
