Summer Season by Darcy Drummond
Summer Laine may be a talented dancer and actress but her private life's a mess, driven by self-destructive urges she barely understands. Now, during a long summer season in Blackpool, she is torn between her love for married star comedian Doug Delany, and the brooding Sicilian restauranteur and Family boss Giancarlo Scarlatti. Both are facing challenges of their own. But which one will help her become the girl she is determined to be? Or will her desire to punish her father once again lead her into disaster?
