Peter Elikann, J.D., is an author, Court TV commentator, and criminal defence attorney based in Boston, Massachusetts, and Stamford, Connecticut. Once a television news reporter for WRC-TV in Washinton, D.C., and other stations, a newspaper reporter, and college law instructor, he appears frequently as a legal analyst on national television (MSNBC, CNBC, Fox News Channel, The Geraldo Rivera Show). He regularly drafts and testifies on criminal justice legislation and delivers lectures on crime. He is also the author of The Tough-on-Crime Myth: Real Solutions to Cut Crime (Insight Books). A Graduate of Boston University's College of Communication and Western New England School of Law, Mr. Elikann resides in Boston, Massachusetts.
