Tabor the Terrierble by Susanna M Newstead

Susanna, like Aumary Belvoir, has spent her entire life in the Savernake Forest. She returned to Wiltshire after studying Speech Therapy at the University of Wales, and then relocated to Hampshire to work, not far from her forest. Susanna grew up with a passion for English history, particularly that of the 12th and 13th centuries, and began writing about it when she was in her twenties. Her husband and two little wire-haired fox terriers named Delphi and Tabor currently reside with her in Northamptonshire.
