David Seigerman is a seasoned sports journalist who began his career writing for newspapers (Newsday, The Jackson Sun) before transitioning to magazines (College Sports Magazine). He switched from print to broadcast media in 1996, working as a field producer for CNN/SI and then as the managing editor of College Sports Television. He's been a freelance writer and producer since 2003, and he cofounded HowFarWouldYouGo.org in late 2016. His family and he live in Westchester County, New York.
