Tales of Tommy Twitchnose by Terry Waite

Following in the great tradition of The Tale of Peter Rabbit and The Wind in the Willows, Terry Waite's Tales of Tommy Twitchnose introduces a new children's character that both children and adults will treasure for years to come.
‘A delightful set of tales from a master writerThink you know Terry Waite’s writing? Think again! Here he delivers a book of captivating stories – tales with a golden heart – that are sure to delight young readers. What a treat!’ * Paul Kerensa, comedian, script writer and children’s author *
Terry Waite sets his stories of mice families right in the present day, with a television sets and even mice alarms (they’re ineffective!). With a nod to his famous predecessor Beatrix Potter (there’s mention of a tailor of Gloucester) his mice take on today's problems: rescue services, townies moving into the country property - and it's all done with mischief and affection. * Joan Bakewell CBE, DBE, broadcaster, writer and Labour peer *
‘I loved reading these stories with my dad and little sister. They’re so much fun!’ * Annabel, aged 10 *
