The Tea Book by Linda Gaylard
Guides you through the ways to choose, prepare and taste the many different varieties of tea available around the world, with everything you need to know to bring the fragrance and allure of the tea shop into your home. It features over one hundred international tea recipes, including chai tea, matcha, the bubble tea, and more.
Linda Gaylard is a Canadian Tea Sommelier, certified by The Tea Association of Canada and a graduate of the Tea Sommelier programme from the culinary arts facility of George Brown College in Toronto. In 2009, she left a career as an influential wardrobe stylist to launch the website The Tea Stylist, for which she is best known. Linda also writes for international tea publications, appears in television interviews and on lifestyle video blogs, and hosts tea tastings and events. On her quest for tea knowledge, Linda has travelled around the world, including to China and Korea, where she has toured farms, met producers, and tasted exquisite teas. Linda regularly attends and gives talks at tea fairs around the world, including the World Tea Expo, where she accepted an award for The Tea Book as World Tea Award's Best Tea Publication for 2017.
