Teachers Teaching Teachers by Geneal G Cantrell
Teachers Teaching Teachers focuses on basic guiding principles that give direction to, sustain, and renew educators on their journey toward educating their students. These principles are based on the characteristics and behaviors observed in successful teachers' classrooms. Topics include building relationships, motivation, communication, class management, humor, stress management, professional growth, and the power of the profession. Although explicit and implied theory is embedded, Teachers Teaching Teachers uses real life reflections and stories about schools and classrooms to connect, illustrate, and solidify theoretical concepts. This approach creates an inspiring, reflective, and practical delivery system for the understanding and internalization of these principles.
