Teddybear Blue by Malachy Doyle
Teddybear Blue is always disappearing! His little owner wants to cuddle him but he's run off to play hide-and-seek, or he's in a cupboard, or he's in the park. Yet, however good or bad he may be, no toy compares to Teddybear Blue. With lively rhyme and vibrant illustrations, sing along with the 'disappearing teddybear blues'.
A playful exuberance springs from the scenes, which portray very much a child-centred view of things; and young children love helping to spot the clusive ted hiding in each double spreadTES
Malachy Doyle is a highly successful author who has been shortlisted for the Lancashire Children's Book Award and the Angus Book Award. His previous titles for Frances Lincoln include Well a Crocodile Can and Babies like Me!
