Joel E. Morgan, Ph.D., ABPP, was Director of Training at the VA New Jersey Healthcare System and Clinical Associate Professor of Neurosciences at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School prior to entering full time private practice in 2001. Dr. Morgan maintains a lifespan private practice in clinical and forensic neuropsychology. He is licensed as a psychologist in New Jersey and is board certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology in both Clinical Neuropsychology and the Subspecialty of Pediatric Neuropsychology. Dr. Morgan has served as a member of the editorial boards of four peer-reviewed journals and was an Oral Examiner for the American Board of Clinical Neuropsychology for ten years. He has over fifty scholarly publications as book editor and chapter author, and has over twenty-five invited addresses at national conferences.

Joseph H. Ricker, PhD, ABPP (CN, RP) is the Director of Psychology for Rusk Rehabilitation at NYU Medical Center and is a Professor in the departments of Rehabilitation Medicine, Psychiatry and Radiology at New York University School of Medicine. He has been licensed as a psychologist in five states and is board certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology in both Clinical Neuropsychology and Rehabilitation Psychology. He has served as a member of the editorial boards of five peer-reviewed journals (Journal of Clinical & Experimental Neuropsychology; Journal of Head Trauma Rehabilitation; The Clinical Neuropsychologist; Rehabilitation Psychology; and Archives of Clinical Neuropsychology). Dr. Ricker has a long record of federally funded research examining cognitive impairment, recovery, and rehabilitation following traumatic brain injury. His current research interests include the examination of altered cerebral blood flow and functional connectivity as they relate to cognitive impairment after brain injury, using modalities such as functional MRI, positron emission tomography, and diffusion tensor imaging.
