Kenneth Cloke is the Director of the Santa Monica-based Center for Conflict Settlement. He specializes in resolving multiparty conflicts and establishing dispute resolution systems for enterprises as a mediator, arbitrator, consultant, and trainer. He graduated from UC Berkeley with a BA and a JD, as well as a PhD and an LL.M. UCLA bachelor's degree He performed post-doctoral studies at Yale, graduated from the National Judicial College, and now teaches at Pepperdine, SMU, USC, and Saybrook University.
