1963. Fourth Impression. 296 pages. Blue jacket over blue cloth with gilt titles to spine. Translated by Richard Burton and F. F. Arbuthnot. Pages have slight foxing, tanning and minor thumbing. Previous owner's inscription to front endpaper. Text block edges are a little tanned and foxed with minor scratches. Boards have some moderate edge wear, with slight bumping to corners and minor bumping to spine ends. Notable water staining to front and rear. Patchy sunning also. Gilt is bright. Unclipped jacket has light edgewear with small tears, mild chips, and creasing. Jacket is slightly rubbed and marked overall. Some water staining too. Spine is sunned.
