The Perfect Present by Stella J Jones

Billy and Bella are the best of friends. There's nothing they wouldn't do to make each other happy. But what if that meant giving up something they love?  The Perfect Present is a wonderful Christmas tale about giving, receiving and friendship. With beautifully festive illustrations from best-selling illustrator Caroline Pedler (Badger and the Great Rescue, When Granny Saved Christmas). Little ones will love snuggling up with this cosy Christmas story.
Stella J Jones lives in Yorkshire. She loves baked beans and chocolate (but not together) and building ramshackle bookcases for her far-too-big collection of picture books. On sunny days, you can find her practising yoga al fresco out on the Yorkshire Dales and on rainy days, tucked up on the sofa with her two guinea pigs, Pinky and Perky. Caroline Pedler illustrated her first children’s book in 1999, and has lost count of how many she has illustrated since! With an MA in Illustration-Authorial Practice under her belt, she always has something creative going on. Caroline lives in a lovely village in Cornwall, where she enjoys walking her dog Bobo, meeting up with friends, and drinking copious amounts of Lady Grey tea.
