There Is No One by Lisa Lennon

Lisa's book points only to this natural reality, which is already completely whole. Unlike spiritual teachings, there are no methods or roadmaps given to the individual to find this, as 'me' is only an appearance. It is an illusion that can only see illusion and therefore can only seek within the illusion. When faced with this message the, energetic tendency to seek liberation in time through the constant hope of a future enlightening experience can become dispelled. A difficult message for 'me' as it means the death of it and its dreamed reality of future happiness. Lisa un-turns every stone, every hiding place the 'me' has to keep its dream alive in. She can be quite ruthless. At times I felt completely exposed by the directness of the communication. But although it feels stark, direct and uncompromising, the message is pure compassion. The one that reacts in discomfort is only an illusion- a mirage. Lisa exposes the illusion- ruthlessly- and in so doing illuminates or points to this. When I read it there was a strong resonance, a sense of something beyond me, or before me. 'Me' fades, becomes irrelevant. Just this remains. Completely ungraspable, impossible to know or identify. For anyone who resonates with the communication of non-duality, I heartily recommend the hard hitting, wonderful, liberating words contained in this book.
