Things We Wear by Sylvia Vardell

Sylvia Vardell is a professor and the author of the ALA bestseller Poetry Aloud Here, as well as The Poetry Friday Anthologies (with Janet Wong), Poetry People, Children's Literature in Action, and the nationally known blog, Poetry For Children. She is also the co-editor of the PoetryTagTime series, the first digital anthologies of poetry for young people. She also writes the Everyday Poetry column for the American Library Association's Book Links. Vardell, who has headed the NCTE Poetry Prize committee and works as a consultant for the Poetry Foundation, is a frequent speaker at conferences.
