Matt Skinner hails from Melbourne, Australia where in 2002, he was invited by Jamie Oliver to head-up wine at Fifteen and teach the subject to it's students. Over the years, Matt has put pen to paper for publications such as Wine X, Decanter, Wine, GQ, and Delicious. He continues to report on wine for Australian Radio Broadcaster, 3RRR and is wine editor of jamieoliver.com - the worlds most visited non-commercial food website. Matt lives, works, and plays in London. Chris Terry used to work on location on building sites, nowadays he is most often found photographing celebrities such as Jamie Oliver, Sir Alex Ferguson, Alanis Morisette, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, and Emma Bunton. His unmissable photographs feature in The Times and The Sunday Times, You, Elle, Delicious, and on BBC and Channel 4 television.
