Sandra Harris is an associate professor in Lamar University's Educational Leadership Department in Beaumont, Texas, where she teaches PhD students in social justice, action research, and other administrator preparation courses. Harris formerly worked in public and private schools as a teacher, administrator, and superintendent. Administrator training, K-12 peer harassment, and creating relationship-oriented, socially just educational environments are all on her scholarship agenda. On these themes, Harris writes and speaks at regional, state, and national conferences.
