This, That and the Other by M Symons

Contains useless information such as: a snail has about 25,000 teeth; Thomas Eddison, inventor of the light bulb, was afraid of the dark; and, the strongest muscle in the body is the tongue.
Mitchell Symons was born in 1957 in London and educated at Mill Hill School and the LSE where he studied Law. Since leaving BBC TV, where he was a researcher and then a director, he has worked as a writer, broadcaster and journalist. He was a principal writer of early editions of the board game Trivial Pursuit and has devised man television formats. Currently, he writes a weekly column for the Sunday Express. As for that difficult third novel he mentioned in That Book and This Book, he's no closer to finishing it.
