Hanna, a small-town estate agent, is faced with a moral dilemma. To help a friend and colleague she tells a lie, claiming to keep an appointment at Three Albert Terrace that never took place. She finds herself drawn into a criminal investigation when a womans body is found in the empty property.
M.S. Clary was born in London. Studied Social Sciences at Manchester College Oxford and LSE as a mature student. Has worked in the BBC, Social Services and created her own fashion business. Her first novel A Spell in France was published in 2017 (Matador). Since starting to write, she has won several prizes for short fiction.
