NANCY E.HALL, MDiv, DMin, is a pastor, professor, and church musician, according to her website. She is currently Associate Professor of Ministry and Congregational Music and Director of Contextual Education at American Baptist Seminary of the West in Berkeley, California, and serves as Pastor of First Baptist Church of Berkeley. She is an ordained pastor in the American Baptist Churches USA. Dr. Hall has written and lectured widely on liturgy in its broadest sense as people's activity. Designing Congregational Music, Leading Music for Worship, Worship in Free Church Traditions, and Discussions about Worship are just a few of the courses she's taught. Dr. Hall collaborated on the twenty-fifth anniversary edition of John Skoglund's famous Handbook of Worship with the late John Skoglund.
