Appleton has been meticulously developing an totally new series over the past five years, with intentions to continue for at least five more, in collaboration with the other author named in this listing. He has been known to write short stories and novellas starring Tom and many of the other characters and inventions from the books when he is not writing Tom Swift adventures.
