Jim wrote the initial industry standard for the floppy disk, as well as the first operational SCSI chip, the first NAS server, and the first storage blades. He is a well-known and recognized author of more than 400 articles for journals such as Information Week, EBN, Control Engineering, UBM, and TechTarget.
