Basher Basics: Punctuation created and illustrated by Simon Basher, Written by Mary Budzik:

With its lively, creative approach, this is a unique and highly memorable one-stop guide to using punctuation marks correctly. Each mark is each represented by its own character - from unassuming Semicolon to loud-mouthed Exclamation Mark - who explain in their own words what makes them tick and how they are used. Do's and Don'ts provide practical advice to help every child unravel the rules and regulations of the English language.

Eighner, Lars: - LARS EIGHNER was born in Corpus Christi, Texas. In 1988 he and his dog Lizbeth became homeless, and their experiences over the following three years were recorded in Travels with Lizbeth, which became a New York Times Book Review Editor's Choice, and includes the often-cited essay On Dumpster Diving. His other works include numerous story collections and a comic novel. He now lives in Austin with his partner.
