Mark Sullivan (Ph.D., Bryn Mawr College) is Assistant Professor of art history at Villanova University. He has taught at Rutgers University and at Rosemont College. Among them are James M. and William Hart, American Landscape Painters (John Warren, 1983) and John F. Kensett: The Making of a Luminist Painter (The Magazine Antiques, 11/90).
