For his entire adult life, Steve Lundquist worked in top management capacities for small organizations or as a small business consultant. He was a member of the leadership team and reported directly to the business president in all of his responsibilities. From 1998 through 2006, he worked as a small business consultant, assisting each client's president and leadership team in growing their businesses or, in some cases, turning them around. Throughout his career, Lundquist hired, managed, and mentored a large number of people. He is a general accounting and tax expert who is knowledgeable with business and tax processes in not just the United States, but also a number of other nations. In three private equity transactions, he played a key role.
