Turning Terrible into Terrific by Dennis Cummins

Inspired by his daughter's courage and her positive outlook in spite of extreme adversity, Dr. Dennis Cummins has crafted a practical, humorous, and straight-talking book filled with incredible insights, real-world examples, and powerful exercises which will empower you to change your thoughts and take positive actions in order to create the life you desire. Terrible or Terrific? You Decide.
Dennis Cummins is an internationally acclaimed speaker, trainer, and coach. His quick-witted, straight-talking, no-nonsense style offers an entertaining dose of reality with heart. Despite his usually cheerful disposition, he has not been immune to dealing with his own personal and professional difficulties. However, he has realized that with any challenge, it's not what happens to you in life, but rather the attitude you take and how you respond to it. After graduating from New York Chiropractic College in 1992, he opened the first of two successful practices on Long Island. He credits his success to his willingness to continue to learn, great mentors, and his knack for finding the positive in any situation. His strong belief in continuing education and coaching led him to become involved in the self-development industry. His family is very important to him. He lives on Long Island, with his wife and two children.
