Kate Adams is a Senior Professor in Education Studies at Bishop Grosseteste University College Lincoln, where she helps students prepare for school placements and build confidence in their ability to achieve effective behavior. Kate has considerable experience as a classroom teacher, SENCO, and in teacher training and education studies lecturing. She received her doctorate from the University of Glasgow's education faculty.
