Roger A. Straus is a vice president with TVG, Inc., in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, where he provides marketing research and consulting to the pharmaceutical industry and other healthcare clients. He was a co-founder in 1978 of the Clinical Sociology Association (now Sociological Practice Association) and its founding newsletter editor. He has been on the sociology faculty of Alfred University.
