Richard Wood is an Education Officer with the Norfolk Museum Services and has taught History and English in Secondary Schools. Sara Wood trained as a journalist in Plymouth and worked on various local papers before moving to London to work on Fleet Street. Now a full time mother, Sara also finds the time to write freelance. 'Victorian School' won the Children's Book of the Year Award in 1992.
