Dr. Roberts has worked for major insurance and financial services organizations on the West Coast in senior management roles. He was a major in the United States Army. He served in the Army for three years, and was stationed in the United States.

The Army Combat Weapons Training Board is in charge of preparing soldiers for combat. Dr. Roberts has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in business, education, and psychology as an adjunct professor at Southern Utah University, Utah State University, and Nova University. He now resides in Utah, where he publishes and speaks on a wide range of business and leadership themes.
