Fiona opened Their Nibs in London's Notting Hill in 2003, recognising that the children's clothing market was crying out for a vibrant, fresh and inventive alternative to mainstream brands and high street stores. It quickly established itself as a destination shop for parents who want to dress their children as children, with originality and flair. The celebrity clientele includes Kate Moss, Juliette Binoche, Elizabeth Jagger, Jude Law, Sadie Frost, Sienna Miller, Jools Oliver, Howard Donald and Sharleen Spiteri. Their Nibs's range is frequently featured in leading magazines such as Vogue, Bambini, Junior, and The Sunday Times Style. Vintage Kids is a unique and eclectic designer collection for girls and boys from babies to 10 years of age. Signature prints used in the book include Wild West, Vintage Fairy, Retro Planes, Butterflies and Carriages, Mermaid, Russian Doll, Pirate and Retro Cars. All have a vintage feel and are designed by the in-house team at Their Nibs. Bell's store also holds a collection of funky retro originals from the 1960s onwards, sourced from vintage fairs, individual sales and Portobello Market. These original pieces are often the inspiration behind new designs.

Fiona Bell was Head of Buying for Laura Ashley and now runs two Their Nibs stores, in Notting Hill and Kensal Rise. The range is available in stores and boutiques around the world including Mothercare, Bon Marche, Harrods and John Lewis.
