Virtual Medicine by Keith Mumby

Our bodies are seething with electromagnetic forces. The heart generates a considerable magnetic field, pumping electrically charged fluid around the body. The brain too, and even our muscles, give off electrical waves - 'hertzian fields' - which can be picked up outside the body. The history of electro-magnetic diagnosis and treatment (dating from the 1930s) are narrated here, along with the latest developments with case histories from the author's allergy practice. Other topics covered include: research to show that healers can create huge surges in electromagnetic energy from their hands; Eastern traditions which are concerned with the flow of energy in the body: acupuncture meridians (energy pathways), ch'i (energy), the Ayurvedan prajna (breath) and the chakras (energy centres) and light and gem therapy. With the latest equipment it is possible to transmit, for example, sapphire and emerald to the brain at a 3.3 hertz frequency, the frequency of trance and dreaming.
Dr Keith Scott-Mumby MB ChB, a medical graduate, wrote the Food Allergy Plan in the early 80s which was the first book to give emphasis to the 'Stone Age Diet' as a cure. In 1986 Mumby made medico-legal history when he gave evidence in court that a food allergy can make an individual violent. He is also the author of 'The Allergy Handbook' and 'Complete Guide to Food Allergies and Environmental Illness' (published as Keith Mumby). Scott-Mumby, an ex-Hale Clinic practitioner now has clinics in Manchester and Malaga, Spain.
