An astute analyst of public management in India, Sinha has published papers in peer-reviewed journals and books. He has also conducted a survey of training programmes and courses in the areas of Public Administration and Public Policy in some of the leading universities in the United States including Syracuse, Harvard, Princeton, Duke and Columbia.
