Vivaldi by Michael Talbot
Vivaldi has emerged during the last decades as a truly major composer of the early eighteenth-century. Taking account of recent research, to which he himself has made important contributions-including the discovery in 1973 of an unknown set of violin sonatas-Michael Talbot examines the life and works of this remarkable musician in their Venetian, Italian, and international settings.
a very well balanced, closely researched "life and works" of Vivaldi* The Literary Review *
Michael had always loved art since he was a child in Jamaica. In 2012, he moved to US from his own nation to pursue his artistic goals in Graphic Design and Art. Michael wants his artwork to inspire and communicate to others, leaving anybody who sees it hanging in the balance between reality and wonder. He currently works as a freelance children's book illustrator, graphic novelist, and designer outside of the classroom, combining digital and traditional media in his projects.
