Gerald F. Brommer graduated with a B.A. His B.A. is from Concordia Teachers College in Nebraska, and his M.A. is from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. University of Nebraska alumnus Brommer's art has been widely shown both domestically and internationally, and is represented in over 3,500 private and public collections, earning him numerous accolades. He is a member of the National Watercolor Society, the National Arts Club, and various other professional organizations.
Watercolor and Collage Workshop, also published by Watson-Guptill, is one of his many essays and books on art technique. Brommer, who lives in North Hollywood, California, offers classes all around the United States and internationally.
