Glynis Barnes-Mellish is one of the UK's leading watercolourists. Having studied at St. Albans School of Art and at West Surrey College of Art and Design, she has a BA Hons degree and an Advanced combined degree, both in Fine Art. A highly successful portrait painter, Glynis has work hanging in many stately homes in Britain. She has undertaken numerous commercial commissions from leading institutions such as The Birmingham Royal Ballet, Associated Newspapers, and Hill Samuel Investment, and exhibits regularly at major galleries. She also lectures, runs workshops, and demonstrates extensively throughout the UK.
