The Wayne Shelton Vol 1 the Mission by Jean Van Hamme

Meet Wayne Shelton, the man you call when you want the impossible done. When a high-ranking official of a small nation in the Caucasus is killed in a car accident, the plans of a massive multinational corporation are derailed by one man: the unfortunate French trucker who caused the accident. Pressure from the unions in France and the military in Khalakjistan prevents a quick diplomatic solution. So, to secure its own interests, the corporation calls upon the one man who can break the trucker out of prison and disarm the confrontation: Wayne Shelton.
Jean Van Hamme is one of the best-known European comic book scriptwriters. His most popular series include "Thorgal" and "XIII" (both in English from Cinebook). In 2005, he was appointed "Officier des Arts et des Lettres" by the French Minister of Culture. Christian Denayer is a Belgian artist who began by drawing backgrounds for several series in Tintin magazine, including "Michel Vaillant" and "Ric Hochet" with legendary artist Tibet. He created several series ("Yalek," "Alain Chevalier," "Les Casseurs") before meeting Jean Van Hamme in 2001 and illustrating "Wayne Shelton."
