We Just Had A Baby by Stephen Krensky
It’s not easy getting used to a new baby in the house. Everyone in the world thinks whatever the baby does is amazing! And if you aren’t the baby, everyone acts like you’re invisible. This clever, funny picture book is told from a slightly older sibling’s point of view. The observations about living with a new sister or brother are poignant, spot-on, and will make even the youngest reader chuckle.
Stephen Krensky is the author of numerous picture books, including How Santa Got His Job and How Santa Lost His Job, which both received starred reviews in Booklist and School Library Journal. His latest board book, I am so Brave, received starred reviews in both Publishers Weekly and Kirkus. He and his wife have two sons and live in Lexington, Massachusetts. Amélie Graux is a graduate of the Arts Décoratifs of Paris in animation, where she created the short film titled "Who wants of the liver pâté?" These days, she dedicates herself to children’s and youth literature, working with publishers in France, Korea, and the USA. She lives in Paris.
