What Dogs Teach Us...: Life's Lessons Learned from Our Best Friends by Dromgoole Glenn
Dogs are our best friends for a reason. They have an innate understanding of the joys and simplicities of life that we mere humans rarely achieve. We can learn a lot about life by closely observing our canines. Here, dogs of all breeds offer their inherent wisdom on a variety of vital human issues including health, self-esteem, interacting with others, self-improvements and day-to-day living.
Glenn Dromgoole is the author of seven books and is managing editor of
McWhiney Foundation Press and State House Press, which publish books on
Texas and Civil War history and are affiliated with the Texas A&M University
Press consortium. He also writes a weekly column on Texas books and authors
for seven daily newspapers and is founder and chairman of the West Texas
Book and Author Festival in Abilene. He is the author of What Dogs Teach Us
(Willow Creek). He lives and works in Abilene, Texas.
