Dr. Paul Hannaway is an asthma sufferer and father of two asthmatic children. Over the past three decades he has treated thousands of patients with asthma and has authored numerous publications on asthma, including the American Medical Writers Awardwinning The Asthma Self-Help Book (Prima Publishing, 2nd edition 1992, ISBN 1559581662 - now out of print). Dr. Hannaway is a fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology. He is an assistant professor at Tufts University School of Medicine.
