Molly Guptill Manning is a staff attorney of the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and a member of the Federal Bar Council Quarterly's board of editors. She holds a BS and MA in American history from the University of Albany, as well as a JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Cardozo School of Law is a law school in New York City. Her husband and she live in Manhattan.
