Lucy Semple graduated with a degree in Graphic Communication and Illustration from Loughborough University and now works as an illustrator based in Nottinghamshire. As a child, she dreamed of having a creative career and could often be found using the family video camera, directing and recording poetry, or with her head firmly buried in a book. Specializing in children's illustration, she now enjoys channeling that creative energy into drawing bright, bold, (and often furry), characters.
