A Therapeutic Parenting Specialist is Nancy Thomas. For over thirty years, she and her husband, Jerry, have shared their lives and homes with seriously emotionally disturbed youngsters, including children with RAD, ADD, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, and Asperger's Syndrome. Nancy specializes in the development of conscience and bonding. When it comes to working with these at-risk kids, she has a very high success record. She is regarded as a pioneer in the discipline on a global scale.
She has written three books and directed eight training videos. Nancy has been a guest speaker on television and radio programs all around the world since her work was featured in the HBO documentary Child of Rage in 1999. Her mission is to give each wounded child and parent a chance at a happy life.
