Darla, along with her dance partner and husband Jim Maranto, has appeared on PBS television’s America’s Ballroom Challenge and they have visited with contestants on the set of Dancing with the Stars. The couple maintains extensive relationships in the national ballroom dancing market while maintaining a residence in Charlottesville, Virginia where they still have friends and a dance coach. Most of Darla and Jim’s time is spent in the Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona area and traveling around the country to competitions.
