Konstantinos Lazarakis was born in Pireaus, Greece.He studied MechanicalEngineering in the National & Technical University of Athens and Jazz Music inAeolian School of Music.He became the first Greek Master ofWine in 2002. Inaddition, he received the Villa Maria Award for outstanding performance inViticulture and the 13th Bollinger Foundation Medal ever for excellence in winetasting. Konstantinos is currently working as an Imports Manager for AiolosWinesin Athens while he consults widely for wine producers, restaurants, and hotels,as well as writing for a number of magazines.He lives in Athens.
