Having held research and exhibition posts at the museum, he now heads Duxford's Marketing Department. He has written extensively on historic aviation and has acted as a consultant for the media and the publishing industry. Francis Crosby's published works include Images of War: D-Day, and Images of War: The Luftwaffe in World War II (both published by Pen and Sword).
