He is the author of Broadband Communications, Signature Edition (McGraw-Hill, 1998). Padmanand Warrier is the Marketing Program Manager for Texas Instruments (TI). He is responsible for product planning and development with TI's Broadband Access Group on the convergence of broadband access and home networking. Previously, he was President and Principal Consultant of Thuriya Consulting. He is a recognized expert on power management issues, protocol stacks, and network architectures.
